Bill’s Cottage is a very cosy property situated in the peaceful hamlet of Tregoodwell bordering onto Bodmin Moor. The area is lovely for walking and has easy access to the coast about 5 miles away. Camelford, with its various shops, pubs and restaurants is about one mile away.
The cottage will sleep six people comfortably or eight at a push. The original building is very old with a modern kitchen extension. The accommodation consists of a lounge with open fire and pretty rural views, dining room, spacious kitchen (usual facilities plus microwave and washing machine), bathroom with shower over bath and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one “walk through” bedroom with bunk beds leading to another bedroom with twin single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge if required. A TV, video and DVD are provided. Also radio/CD/tape player.
Outside there is a pleasant, sunny garden and a garage. It is also usually possible to park a car on the next-door neighbour's drive at a charge of £20 per week. Please state when booking if this is necessary.
Electricity to be paid for (except for night storage heating). Bed linen not supplied. Duvets and pillows are supplied. Pets welcome at £10.00 per week for any number.
