Full of character and charm, Cumbrae Cottage is nestled in the cliffside in the valley at Trebarwith Strand, a few minutes walk from the beach. It is a unique cottage with lots of quirky features that give it a wonderfully homely feel

The property will accommodate six people in three bedrooms, one double and one twin upstairs and a second double downstairs. There is a fourth small bedroom with a single bunk which could be used when the party comprises one couple and four singles.
There is a cosy lounge/dining room with large open fireplace and a small but sufficient kitchen with usual facilities plus dishwasher and microwave oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in an outhouse.

There is an upstairs bathroom with basin and WC and a downstairs shower room also with basin and WC. Both of these rooms are very compact but adequate.

Outside there is a pretty cottage garden bordered by a stream (fenced but please supervise children) and a higher BBQ area with superb views. Take care on steps to access this and supervise children at all times.

Off road parking with care over the bridge for up to 2 cars.
Gas fired central heating for chilly days.
Electric to be included in rental.
Sky TV with free channels. DVD player.
