Cumbrae House is situated about 150 yards from the beach at Trebarwith Strand. The property has undergone extensive renovations since the winter and is now ready to be let. The property has a 4* rating from Visit Britain.

The property will accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms plus an extra 2 on a sofa bed in one of the lounges. All the bedrooms have lovely sea views. Four of the rooms have double beds and the fifth has bunk beds suitable for children or adults although for 5 couples you may prefer to use a sofa bed in the small downstairs lounge.

Downstairs there is a newly fitted kitchen with dining area adjacent, 'cave' room and two lounges. Again, beautiful sea views from all rooms. The two lounges have wood burning stoves.

There is a further lounge upstairs which has access onto a large balcony - best views of all from here. A safety note - please do not leave children unattended on the balcony.

Also upstairs is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is an en-suite shower room from the master bedroom plus a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom all upstairs. Downstairs there is another shower room with easy access from outside - ideal when you have just come from the beach.

Outside the garden is paved and gravelled. Outdoor furniture is provided along with a gas BBQ (bottles supplied). There is room to park up to 3 cars in a private parking space next to the house.

Heating is from the wood stoves and an oil fired boiler.

Electric and oil will be included in the rental prices. You will need to buy your own logs for the wood burners.

Sky TV provided (not all Sky channels but quite a few!). Main TV in large lounge downstairs, smaller TV with DVD player in upstairs lounge.

There is broadband internet access and telephone access

Bed linen and house towels will be provided. Bring your own beach towels please.
Travel cot (no bedding), high chair and stair gate available on request.

One well-behaved dog will be accepted on the condition that they are confined to downstairs and outdoors only - please confirm when booking.
