CURLEWS, Trewarmett, Nr. Tintagel.

Curlews is a tall, 4 storey, semi-detached house nestling against the hillside in the small village of Trewarmett. Tintagel is within easy reach, a couple of miles away. The sandy beach at Trebarwith is a mile down the road and the friendly facilities at Trewarmett Inn just 200 yards up the hill.
The house will accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. Outside there is ample parking off road for up to three cars and a pretty terraced garden with patio area. There is an old well which has been safely covered.
The ground floor comprises the kitchen (usual facilities plus microwave and washing machine) and dining room with Sky TV. The lounge is situated downstairs and has access to the garden. Here there is another TV with DVD. The first floor has two bedrooms (one double, one twin singles), a bathroom (bath with shower over) and separate WC, and the second floor has one bedroom (twin singles). Please be aware that the stairs up to the top bedroom are quite narrow but are securely railed.
There is also a shower room with WC at basement level.
There are lovely views from all rooms at the back of the house and the garden, looking down the Trebarwith valley to the sea.
Heating is electric -
storage heaters and convector heaters plus a Calor gas fire in the lounge
(bottles supplied).
Electric is to be paid for according to meter readings.
Bed linen is provided.
One pet welcome at £10 per week.
Smoking not allowed indoors.
There is no Terrestrial TV but Sky is installed.
Curlews is available to family groups only.
