Curlews is a tall semi-detached property settled against the hillside in Trewarmett.
The right hand side of the building shown.
The beach at Trebarwith is a mile away and Tintagel about 2 miles.

The house is arranged on four floors - the ground floor has a modern kitchen (with washing machine/dryer, fridge and separate freezer) and separate dining room, the basement has a cosy lounge and access to shower room with WC. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. Also on this floor is a bathroom (bath with shower over) and separate WC. The top floor has another bedroom with twin single beds.

Views from the rooms at the rear of the property are over the garden and Trebarwith valley.

To the front is ample parking space for 2 or 3 cars and access to the garage which houses a collection on surfboards for visitor's use.

Steps lead down to the rear terraced garden with BBQ area and garden furniture.

The house is equipped with night storage heaters so is cosy at any time of year.
TVs in dining room and lounge, DVD in lounge, Sky channels.
Bed linen and house towels provided.
Up to 2 pets welcome at £15 per per per week.
Electric to be paid for via meter reading during colder months October through March inclusive.
