Ebb Tide has been recently extended and refurbished by new owners. The property rests in the quiet hamlet of Trevillick about a mile from Tintagel and 2 miles from the beautiful sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand. The house is surrounded by farmland and has lovely views across the fields to Tintagel in the distance, also some distant sea views from the first floor. The coastal path which surrounds Cornwall is a few hundred yards away - lovely for cliff walks.

The ground floor of the house has a large open-planned lounge and kitchen/diner. There is a wood burner and TV with Freeview digibox and DVD player. Also a stereo with Ipod dock. The kitchen has all usual appliances plus microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

There is also a study downstairs with a double sofa bed. Plus a ground floor shower room with WC.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with twin single beds (can be put together for a double) and a childrens bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The property will sleep 10 in total but a maximum of 6 adults would be advisable.

Also upstairs is a bathroom and a separate shower room both with basins and WC.

Outside is a spacious garden laid mainly to lawn with a patio just outside the kitchen. There is a gas BBQ on the patio. Off road parking for 2 or 3 cars.

Bed linen provided but not towels.
Electric included in rental.
WiFi internet access available.
Oil fired underfloor heating and hot water.
Logs for wood burner not supplied.
Sorry no pets accepted.
No phone provided but mobile reception good.
