GENERAL DETAILS OF HOLIDAY PROPERTIES
All the properties are let fully furnished for self-catering holidays and unless otherwise stated, the following details apply to all.
Facilities provided – electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, iron and board, colour T.V (see note below about reception in Trebarwith Strand and Trewarmett), electric heating and hot water systems.
Beds are supplied with duvets and pillows (folding beds may have blankets). Bed linen is supplied in most properties; otherwise you will need to bring a bottom sheet, top sheet or duvet cover and pillowcases for all beds. In any case, you will need to bring towels and kitchen linen. Cots are usually available if requested on booking (usually travel cots). No cot bedding will be supplied, only a mattress.
All properties are non smoking indoors. Please restrict smoking to outdoor areas.
Pets are generally allowed, some places make a charge. The general requests for pets are; not to be left alone in a property, not to be allowed on furniture, to be controlled in shared areas and for owners to clear up any mess the pets make.
Electricity is not usually included in the rental prices. Properties either have a coin meter or make a charge based on meter readings which is payable at the end of your holiday.
There is no terrestrial television reception in Trebarwith Strand, nor in some of the Trewarmett properties. Some properties have Sky Digital, which provides BBC1, BBC2 and some free Sky channels. Other channels may not be available. Please check when booking. You can bring your own Sky card to use in the receivers but we don't guarantee that they will always work.
Some properties provide a video player. Should these become faulty, they will most likely be replaced with a DVD player.
We offer various change over days in peak season, - check on price lists. Arrival 4.00p.m. and departure 10.00a.m. approx.
We do not charge a breakage deposit but visitors are expected to pay for any damages. Please report any damage and breakages to the agency. If any appliance becomes faulty during your stay, please report it to the agency so a repair can be arranged.
The proprietors and the booking agents will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to visitors’ property during the holiday. Nor will they be responsible or liable for any injury to any visitor, or their pets, however caused.
