Glen View is a delightful, newly converted property situated just a quarter of a mile from the beach at Trebarwith Strand.

The property will accommodate up to four people. The ground floor is an open planned living and kitchen area with lovely views across the valley. In the kitchen you will find all usual appliances plus a small freezer, washing machine and microwave. (Please note, fridge has no ice making compartment.) The lounge area has comfortable seating, TV (Sky reception) and double sofa bed.

Downstairs there is the main double bedroom with an en-suite shower room (WC and hand basin). A dressing room off the main bedroom provides plenty of useful storage space.

There is an off-road parking space to the front of the property.

Bed linen is provided at Glen View but please bring your own towels.

Sorry but pets not accepted as no garden area.

Electric included in rental charge.
