Hillcrest is a cosy traditional Cornish cottage nestling on the hillside in the pretty village Treknow, about a mile from the beach at Trebarwith Strand. Tintagel is also about a mile away. Both are easily accessed by road or across the cliff paths.

The cottage will sleep up to six people and is very comfortably furnished with a spacious dining room (with log burner), snug lounge (with open fire) and rustic kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two having double beds and the third with twin single beds. There is a bathroom (bath, basin and WC) and separate shower room (shower and WC).

Outside there is a small, secluded garden area at the front with garden furniture and an area to the rear for hanging laundry or wet suits.

The kitchen has a Calor gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave combi oven. There is a utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

Central heating is available if required.

TV with freeview channels and DVD player.

There is no parking space but room to park on the road outside the cottage.

Bed linen is provided.
Electric is included in rental price.
One dog accepted at no extra charge - usual rules apply.
Smoking outdoors only please.
Please note low ceilings and beams in parts - over 6' and you'll have to duck!
