A charming cosy cottage to sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms. Situated in the small slate producing village of Delabole, a short drive to many sandy beaches and numerous attractions.
Honeysuckle Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds. Downstairs is a comfortable lounge (with large sofa bed should this be preferable to using bunks). Also an ample dining room and compact but well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also on the ground floor.
Kitchen facilities include electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The property has a TV in the lounge plus DVD player and digital Freeview and is connected to broadband with PC in dining room.
Outside is a large shed/utility housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of room in here to store surfboards or bikes. Also a garage which the owners plan to furnish as a games room in due course.
A pretty garden securely fenced and mostly laid to lawn provides space for outdoor meals and for children to play. There is a parking space for one vehicle adjacent to the garage. Other vehicles may be parked on the lane outside.

Bed linen provided.
Electric included in rent during summer and to be paid for during autumn and winter.

Friday change over day.
