Karrek View (Cornish for 'view of the rock') is a newly built house - just finished in July 2011. The property is situated a short distance from the beach at Trebarwith Strand - just two minute's walk.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The upper master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower over bath. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC and basin, another has twin single beds and an en-suite shower room with WC and basin and the third has twin single beds. There is an additional bathroom (bath and separate shower) on the ground floor.

The first floor is an open-planned kitchen/dining area/lounge with a separate study. There is a double sofa bed in the study if needed. There is access to a balcony with sea views at this level. The lounge has a TV and the study has a TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with usual appliances plus dishwasher, microwave and freezer. There is also a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine.

In all, the property will sleep 8 to 10 people in all.

Heating is oil-fired central heating.
Bed linen is provided (except cots).
House towels (not beach towels) also provided.
Sorry but no pets accepted.

In due course there will be a wet room on the ground floor - ideal for showering after the beach.
And there will also be a phone line and wifi.

Outside there is a small garden area and room to park 2 or 3 cars.
