Mabanta is a spacious, detached chalet bungalow enjoying an elevated position in a secluded part of Treknow with lovely views to the sea.
The owners have recently upgraded the property, which will sleep up to five people in three bedrooms (a double room and a single room on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor). There is a large, comfortable lounge/diner with pretty views over Trebarwith valley to the sea and TV with video and DVD. A newly fitted kitchen with usual facilities plus microwave, freezer and washing machine, and a newly fitted bathroom on the ground floor. Also a new shower room on the first floor. All the rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. At the rear is a large utility area useful for cycles, surfboards, etc. Outside are pleasant, secluded gardens to front and rear and ample parking space. Note – there are several steps up to the property from the drive.
Electric is included in the rental. Pets welcome at £10 per pet per week (not left alone in property please). Bed linen is provided. Heating – storage heaters and coal burner. The owners request that this property be let to non-smokers only.
