Chibronn is a lovely light and spacious house situated in the centre of Treknow, about half a mile from the beach at Trebarwith Strand and a mile from Tintagel.

The house will accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms - two with double beds and two with twin single beds.

There is a large comfortable lounge with Sky TV (all channels) and DVD player. A separate dining area and well equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher). Also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two bathrooms upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

Outside is a sheltered garden area which is mainly wood decked and room to park two cars.

The house has oil central heating throughout making it comfortable to visit at any time of year.

There is a second TV with DVD player in the main double bedroom.

All bed linen provided - bring your own towels.

Dogs are welcome but please restrict to downstairs and outdoors only.

A broadband WiFi connection is available if you bring your laptop.

Electric is included in the rental price.

Strictly no smoking please.
