Gull Cottage is situated in a small row of cosy cottages adjacent to the beach at Trebarwith Strand. The present owners have entirely refurbished the property with great flair and skill.

The downstairs area of the cottage is an open planned lounge/ kitchen/ dining room. This is a very comfortable room with wood floor, log burner and TV with video player and DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with all usual facilities plus microwave, large fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine/tumble dryer. Upstairs is the bathroom (bath with shower over, basin and WC) and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another twin single beds and the third a single bed. All are prettily decorated and very comfortable. The property will sleep five people in all. 

Heating - in addition to wood burner - is via electric convector heaters in bedrooms and downstairs, and fan heater in bathroom.

Outside, there is room to park one car at the rear of the property, additional cars may be parked in one of the two car parks in the village for a small charge. There is a small fenced area in front of the cottage, suitable for sitting out. The cottage is a stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach.

Electric to be paid for by meter reading.
Logs for burner not supplied.
Pets (maximum 2) accepted at £10 per pet per week, usual requests apply.
