The accommodation is for a maximum of seven people. Downstairs is a lounge with open fire, small study, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with separate WC and kitchen/diner with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs is a shower room with WC and three bedrooms (one with a single bed, two with twin single beds). There is a large veranda around two sides of the house, and a garage. The garden is terraced with a stream along the front (unfenced), patio to one side and lawn to the other. There is room to park two cars on the drive. 

Electricity is included in rental except for holidays during winter when it will be charged by meter reading. Pets welcome at £10.00 per pet per week. Bed linen is provided.

The property is double-glazed and heated by convector heaters. TV reception is nil but a TV, DVD and video are provided. Also provided is a payphone.
