Puffins is a unique character property which has won awards for architectural and sustainable design.

Situated in the heart of the small village of Treknow, a couple of miles from Tintagel and 10 minutes walk from the beach at Trebarwith Strand.

There are three bedrooms in Puffins, the main double bedroom, a smaller double and a single.

A small but comfortable open planned lounge/kitchen/diner with access on to an enclosed patio forms the heart of the property. This is a lovely light room with a wood burning stove. The kitchen has all usual appliances plus large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a BBQ in the patio are plus a large dining table for outdoor meals.

Please note there is no private parking space with Puffins but cars may easily be parked on the road outside.

Pets are welcome, usual requests apply.

Broadband connection available if you bring your laptop.

Heating via electric storage heaters.

Electric to be paid for £1 coin meter.
