Trevalsea is a superbly positioned, deceptively spacious property situated in an elevated position with stunning views over Trebarwith to the sea. Trewarmett is a small village about one mile from the beach and two miles outside Tintagel.

The accommodation is all on one level apart from a lower bedroom. There are three bedrooms in all, one with a double bed, one with twin single beds and the downstairs room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have hand basins. There is a kitchen, bathroom with separate WC and a second WC downstairs, also a separate shower. The lounge/diner is a really sunny room with patio doors onto a balcony and absolutely spectacular views.

Outside, there is room to park at the front of the house or around the side drive (shared) to the rear. Also at the rear is a paved patio and access to the sloping garden. The property has sufficient night storage heaters to ensure a cosy visit at any time of year.

Electricity is included in the rental charge. Bed linen is provided. One well-behaved pet welcome at £10 per week (not to be left alone in the house please).

PLEASE NOTE Due to the balcony, this property is not suitable for children under 5 except very small babies not yet mobile.
