Situated in an enviable position a few yards from the beach with beautiful sea views. 

This property is almost all on one level and will sleep up to ten people in five bedrooms, two with double beds and three each with two single beds. There is a spacious lounge with wood burner and doors onto a large balcony, large dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility room with freezer and washer/dryer, and two bathrooms. 

Outside, there is a large, lawned garden which leads onto the cliff path, a spacious decked balcony with BBQ and plenty of parking space. 

Heating via electric radiators and storage heater plus wood burner (fuel not provided) Electric to be paid for except for the storage heater. Bed linen is provided. Non smokers only please. We regret no pets. Sky Digital, video and DVD provided. Telephone for incoming calls.
