Penhallick House sits high on the cliffs near Tintagel and offers wonderful views of the surrounding coastline and sea.

The property is extremely spacious and will accommodate 9 or 10 people with ease.

The ground floor has a large kitchen/diner with usual facilities plus fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. An adjoining utility room has a washing machine. There is a cosy lounge with freeview TV, a study with broadband internet access, a play room and a pretty conservatory. Also a cloakroom.

Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, one with twin singles and one with a single and a child's bed (to age 6 approx). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is a family bathroom also with separate bath and shower.

Outside there is ample space to park several cars and a very large garden - most of which is laid to lawn.

Trevillick is a very quiet hamlet with little passing traffic. Glebe Cliff is close at hand for lovely walks and the beautiful sandy beach at Trebarwith is 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk via the coastal path.

Tintagel is about a mile away - an easy walk or short drive.

Pets are welcome at Penhallick House - please confine to downstairs and keep off the furniture. Do not leave pets unattended in the house and clear any dog mess from the garden please.

Bed linen is provided (including some cot bedding - please check if needed).
Please bring your own towels and kitchen linen.
Oil fired central heating if required.
Electric is included in the rental price.
