Penlee Cottage is a pretty two bedroomed former slate miner's cottage and annex with stunning views towards Trebarwith Strand and Port Isaac.
The main house consists of a double bedroom with a fantastic view through to Gull Rock and Trebarwith Strand and a large family bedroom with bunk beds (double below, single above), a single bed and a travel cot.
There is a large well-equipped kitchen diner and a cosy lounge with sea views to Rumps Point. The lounge has TV, video, DVD, CD radio and a wood burner.
A bathroom with bath and shower completes the accommodation.
The annex consists of a shared downstairs wet room for wet suits, surfboards, etc. Also a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and sink/kitchenette. The upstairs is currently for private use. The upstairs private area may be used by the owner (very friendly!) from time to time when she will require access to the downstairs wet room and utility.
There is a lovely garden to the rear of the annex with a large lawn and slate patio with wonderful sea views ideal for barbecues.
Parking is on the lane outside the cottage and access to the cottage is through the neighbouring property - please respect this.
Pets are welcome at £10 per pet per week - usual rules apply.
Bed linen provided.
Electric included in rental charge.
