PENROSE COTTAGE, POLRUNNY FARM, BOSCASTLE.

Polrunny Farm occupies an elevated position above Boscastle on the North Cornish coast. The situation is relatively remote and very peaceful. There are lovely views over surrounding farmland and down to the sea in the distance. Easily accessed from the new Cornish link road system. 

Boscastle village and harbour are about half a mile away and offer various places to eat, drink and shop. There are some beautiful walks around the area and numerous attractions within easy driving distance. 

Polrunny Farm has three self-contained cottages adjacent to the main house which is occupied by the owners, who are friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. There is sufficient parking area off road for several vehicles. Outside there are lawned areas with BBQs for each of the cottages. 

Penrose Cottage will accommodate two people in one double bedroom (with the option of a large double sofa bed if required for two additional people).

The cottage has an open planned lounge, dining and kitchen area. Plus a shower room with basin and WC.

All of the properties have been very recently refurbished to a high standard. All have the usual kitchen appliances plus integral dish washers, washer/dryer machines and microwave ovens. 

Also provided in each cottage are digital flat screen LCD TVs, DVD players, digital clock radio and CD players. Wireless broadband is available subject to visitors’ equipment compatibility. 

We regret no pets are accepted at Polrunny Farm.

Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

Electricity is included in the rental charges. 

Full gas central heating throughout.
