Puffins is a unique character property which has won awards for architectural and sustainable design.
Situated in the heart of the small village of Treknow, a couple of miles from Tintagel and 10 minute’s walk from the beach at Trebarwith Strand.
There are three bedrooms in Puffins, the main double room, a smaller double and a single. In the small double and the single, there are a couple of high bunks accessed by ladders. These would not be suitable for very young children nor adults but could accommodate two young teenage children if required.
A comfortable open planned lounge/kitchen/diner with access on to a small enclosed patio forms the heart of the property. This is a lovely light room with a wood burning stove. The kitchen has all usual appliances plus large fridge freezer. There is a built-in barbeque in the patio area plus large dining table for outdoor meals.
Please note there is no private parking space with Puffins but cars may easily be parked on the road outside.
Pets are welcome, usual requests apply.

Heating via electric storage heaters.
Electric to be paid for according to meter readings. Except for storage heaters which are included in rental.

Bed linen is provided.
Also worthy of note – Puffins is situated adjacent to another of our properties – the Old Stores. Together, the two properties could accommodate up to 15 people.
