This charming stone cottage set into the cliff is only seconds from the almost mile long stretch of golden sands accessible at low tide with good general facilities and life guards present in season. Caves to explore, rock pools to fish and awesome surf for the more adventurous.

It is situated in the small hamlet of Trebarwith Strand, and a mile and half south of the historic town of Tintagel, also close to the picturesque resports of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock and Padstow.

Beautiful cliff top walks along the figure of eight coastal path lead to many places of interest. A book of local walks will be available in the cottage for anyone wishing to spend a day out hiking or rambling.

The cottage has been fully refurbished to a very high standard.

There is an open plan lounge with slate flooring, Bang and Olufsen Stereo, flat screen TV, SKY, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. On cooler nights you can fire up the log burner and have a cosy night in. The sofa bed in the lounge will sleep two singles (single bed linen provided).

An ultra modern kitchen, granite work surface/large breakfast bar with comfortable seating for 6. The kitchen incorporates all mod cons including microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, extensive range of cooking utensils, crockery and coffee machine and pods for fresh morning filter coffee.

A wide illuminated staircase leads to the first floor; there are two wonderful double bedrooms with very comfortable beds, crisp white bedding, down duvets and a selection of down or foam pillows.

The main bedroom also has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and access to SKY.

The bathroom comes with a shower and a set of towels will be supplied.

External

Off the first floor set into the cliff there is a small courtyard with gas BBQ and table and chairs. Also a small courtyard to the front of the cottage two traditional deckchairs to just sit and watch the world go by.

There is a reserved parking space to the rear of the cottage.
