Rocklyn has just come under new ownership and has been fully refurbished.

The property is situated about 100 yards from the beach at Trebarwith Strand and has sea views from the lounge, kitchen and garden.

The owners have upgraded the property further over the autumn and winter 2010/2011. Two new rooms have been built upstairs which are a lounge facing the sea and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. So the property will sleep up to six people in three bedrooms (the double upstairs plus another double bedroom a twin single bedroom downstairs). The lounge has views to the sea and TV with Sky reception. Also DVD player. The dining room is downstairs and has sea views. There is a newly fitted kitchen with usual facilities plus microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs family bathroom in addition to the ensuite shower room. Outside are pleasant gardens to front and ample parking space for two cars.

Please note that part of the garden is fenced for extra security but the lower part beyond the fence slopes down to a stream. Therefore children should not be left unsupervised in the garden.

Electric is included in the rental. Sorry but no pets at Rocklyn. Bed linen is provided. House towels are provided but not beach towels. Heating should you require is oil central heating.
