Tamarisk is a modern property situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Tintagel. The town's attractions - King Arthur's Castle, the Old Post Office, numerous shops, restaurants and pubs - are an easy walk away, 10 minutes at the most. The location has the benefit of easy access to the town yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

The property will sleep up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms - one on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms have a double bed, a single bed and twin single beds (that can easily be put together for another double) and the ground floor room has a single bed.

There is a comfortable lounge/dining room with wood burning stove and large TV. Please note - use only the fire logs which will be provided and nothing else on the burner. There is also a DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped with all usual facilities plus large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large gas hob and electric oven.

There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

Outside there is a lovely big garden, mostly lawn, with balcony decking and gas BBQ provided.
At the front there is ample parking space for 3 cars.

The house is centrally heated should you require.
Dogs are most welcome at no extra charge - the back garden is securely fenced.
Electricity is included in the rental price.
Bed linen and house towels provided - bring your own beach towels please.

The house is being offered at a very reasonable price due to the lateness of the season.
