The Barn sits amongst a cluster of old and newer properties in the quiet hamlet of Tregoodwell, a mile outside of Camelford. The property is on the edge of Bodmin Moor and only a short 10 - 15 minute drive from the coast.

The Barn will sleep up to 5 people and has been converted to accommodate one person of limited mobility with a downstairs bedroom and shower room. There is level or ramped access from the parking area via the front door or through the courtyard garden via the patio door. The downstairs bedroom has a high single bed and an en-suite shower room with large shower, chair (see Argos catalogue), basin and WC.

Also downstairs is a cosy, well-equipped kitchen/dining area/lounge. There is level access throughout the ground floor. The lounge area has ample seating plus TV and DVD player. The kitchen has all usual appliances plus dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge with TV, DVD and CD players. Also two bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one with twin singles. Plus a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC.

Outside is a pretty courtyard with garden furniture.
There is room to park one car plus one small car.

Central heating and hot water via oil boiler.
No phone or internet.
Bed linen and kitchen linen provided.
Please bring your own towels.

Although the property offers comfortable accommodation for a person of limited mobility, it has no hoists or harnesses. If in doubt please ask for more details which we will be happy to provide.

The Barn will be available from Easter to the end of September 2012 with a Friday change over day.
