The newly converted Mermaid Loft is a beautiful seaside retreat. Ideally situated right on the Strand, only a stones throw from Trebarwith's long sandy beach; and equally close to the Port William bar & restaurant in its fabulous cliff top setting. Ideal for sunset watching!

The Mermaid Loft will sleep 2 to 4 people and is located above the Crazy Mermaid gift shop. It has a parking space for one car, and a small, enclosed private courtyard for sitting out or dining alfresco.

French doors lead into a light, airy open planned lounge and kitchen area. This lovely space has contemporary style and some unique design features. The lounge area will sleep two people very comfortably, either in a double sofa bed or with the addition of a single chair bed. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV (Freesat), blu-ray/dvd and video, along with plenty of films, books and games. The kitchen is designed around a central island and is exceptionally well equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is an extensive range of Sophie Conran crockery and utensils.

The double bedroom is very inviting with luxurious bedding, sloping ceilings and views over the Strand.

The shower room is fully tiled and has a modern loo, wash basin stand and a large glass walk-in shower enclosure.

Bedding is provided but towels are not.
Heating is via electric wall heaters.
Electricity is to be paid using a meter reading.
Cot and high chair are available.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of £20 per pet, per week. But they must not be left alone in the property.
