Tredennis is a large property enjoying an elevated position overlooking the beach at Trebarwith. The views are beautiful and the beach itself just a few yards away. The house is about 100 years old and offers spacious, light accommodation for up to eight people. The two main reception rooms (lounge and dining room) have sea views, as do the two largest bedrooms. There is a good sized garden also with sea views.
The property will comfortably sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Two have double beds, one being en-suite with bath, shower over, basin and WC the other with vanity unit. The third bedroom has two single beds (2' 6" wide) and the fourth has bunk beds (2' 6" wide).In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is a family bathroom (bath with shower over, basin and WC) and a downstairs cloakroom with shower, basin and WC.
The kitchen has the usual facilities plus dishwasher and microwave and there is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside there is a fair sized garden mostly laid to lawn with BBQ and outside furniture. There is parking space for two cars.
There is oil-fired central heating throughout the
house which is available and included in the rental charge from October through
to April inclusive. At other times the central heating operates via a £1 coin
meter.
Electric is to be paid for by £1 coin meter.
TV with BBC1, BBC2 and free Sky channels only. DVD player.
Bed linen provided.
No pets accepted.
