Yellow Cottage is undergoing a complete rebuild and will be ready for letting from about June 2012.

These are provisional details and some things may alter slightly.

Situated in an enviable position a few yards from the beach with beautiful sea views.

The pictures show architect's drawings and the finished result may vary slightly.

We will update this page with photos fairly often so you can see progress.

The property will accommodate 10 people plus 2 children.

There will be a large, quite open-planned area for the lounge, dining room and kitchen.
There will be a wood burning stove (logs provided)
The kitchen will have all usual appliances including an Everhot range oven.

Also downstairs will be the master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite shower facilities. Plus a TV room with a double sofa bed.
A downstairs cloakroom will have a large shower.

Upstairs will have 3 bedrooms -
One with twin/zipped double bed plus en-suite shower room,
One with twin singles (can be pushed together for a double) plus the original single ship's bunk - this room will have an en-suite WC and basin,
One with 2 cabin single beds suitable for children.
There will be a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside, there is a large, lawned garden which leads onto the cliff path and plenty of parking space.
Please note - the lawns are likely to be rather patchy for the first year after the building works.
Several decked and paved areas.
2 outside showers.
BBQ will be provided.

Electricity is included in the rental charge.
Heating will be oil-fired central heating, underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs.
Bed linen is provided.
House towels (not beach towels) will be provided.
Non smokers only please.
We regret no pets.
Sky Digital and DVD provided.
Telephone for incoming and emergency calls.
Internet access may be available - TBC.
A breakage deposit of approx £150 will be required. Refundable 14 days after departure.
